The Matchroom Sport Charitable Foundation has pledged £250,000 over three years to help South Yorkshire’s only children’s hospice cover the costs of two nurses caring for children and young adults with life-shortening and life-threatening conditions.
The Matchroom Foundation has pledged £37,500 to help The J’s Hospice recruit specialist nurses to continue to improve the lives of young adults (aged 16-40) with life limiting and life threatening conditions and their families across Essex.
The Sensory Room will feature bespoke mobile soft play plinths, fibre optics, a bubble wall and a photo luminescent panel, integrated with wind machines, an aroma panel and colourwash lighting to provide an enveloping experience.
