SNAP were awarded a £3,000 grant to go towards holiday sessions for children and young people who have a special need or disability.
The sessions are aimed to help develop physical and social skills while enabling the children to gain confidence and self-esteem.
The Foundation already have a three year donation in place with the charity which is based within minutes of Matchroom Sport’s headquarters. SNAP offers a helping hand to thousands of families with children and young people aged 0-25 in a variety of ways.
Facilities at it’s centre include an activity hall, multi=sensory room and a specialist IT suite. Matchroom Foundation already provide annual support to another important arm of SNAP, which supports parents with information and counselling services.
