Matchroom Foundation pledges long term support for Saint Francis Hospice across three years with a donation of £220,000 to help fund nurses and care services for individuals and families going through difficult and challenging life-limiting illnesses.
Saint Francis Hospice is an independent charity and one of the largest adult hospices in the UK serving the populations of Havering, Brentwood, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and West Essex. The team of specialist consultants, doctors, nurses and a range of other health and social care professionals provide care and support to individuals with a life-limiting illness, as well as their carers and family members, completely free of charge.
Pam Court the CEO of Saint Fancis Hospice stated “Your wonderfully generous donation of £220,000 over three years will enable us to support our patients with therapies and programmes of care to significantly improve their quality of life as they live with life-limiting illness. We can only do this with the generous support of individuals and organisations who are committed to supporting these vital services.
