The Matchroom Charitable Foundation has once again donated £30,000 to Blesma, a UK-based charity dedicated to empowering limbless and injured veterans through rehabilitation, physical activity, and practical support.
Blesma provides a wide range of practical support to aid rehabilitation, and recreational activities to promote physical and emotional well-being among their Members.
The Foundation’s donation will go towards helping limbless and injured veterans Get Active, through access to individual adaptative sporting activities and equipment, fitness and lifestyle courses, and community-based sporting or physical outreach activities UK-wide in 2024/2025.
Chief Executive, Vivienne Buck said, “On behalf of Blesma, I would like to thank everyone at the Matchroom Charitable Foundation for your incredible support to Blesma over the last couple of years and continued commitment into 2025. Every donation makes a difference to our Members lives and goes some way to fulfilling our mission, to enable veterans suffering with limb loss, or loss of use of limb, to live independent and fulfilling lives. Your contribution to support Blesma Members to Get Active, will help us achieve just that.
